Gifts For Kids

Sunday mornings, November 10, 17, and 24 | Cactus, Fountain Hills, and Shea

Get ready to share the joy and hope of Christmas with children in our community!

We’re continuing our holiday tradition of joining with local ministry partners to make the season merry and bright for foster children and families. Gifts will be collected at our campuses and presented at special events this December.

Our Partners

Royal Family Kids Camp

A foster child will receive this gift at the Royal Family Kids Camp Christmas party on December 8. To volunteer, please visit the Gifts for Kids page at scottsdalebible.com/events. Thank you for blessing a child this Christmas season.

Royal Family Kids Camp offers an unforgettable week of summer camp for children ages 7 to 11 who spend the rest of the year in foster or group homes. During camp, the children create powerful and positive memories to help them keep “going and growing” until they return the following summer for another great week.

Gigi’s Cottage

The girls at Gigi’s Cottage will receive this gift on Christmas morning! Thank you for blessing a child this Christmas season.

Gigi’s Cottage is a family-centered home for up to nine girls (ages 7-18) in the Arizona foster care system. Our vision is to provide a safe, Christian environment that equips and empowers them to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Join the Volunteer Team

Be a part of our team! You can serve at a patio table on one or more Sunday mornings, November 10, 17, and 24, to help collect and sort gifts for kids or volunteer in other ways. Select the ‘Volunteer’ button to sign up and view what your campus is focusing on below.

Operation Christmas Child

Starting Sunday, November 10 | Cactus, North Ridge, Shea & Online

Fill a shoebox and change a life!

Imagine the joy on a boy or girl's face as they open a lovingly packed gift filled with toys and supplies. Many of the children who will receive an Operation Christmas Child shoebox have never heard the name of Jesus, and your gift will let them know He sees and loves them.

You can share the hope of Jesus with a child across the world by picking up a shoebox at Shea, North Ridge, or Cactus, filling it with small gifts, and dropping it off before November 25.

You can also pack a shoebox online! With just a few clicks, you can select toys and other fun items you’d like to include and personalize your gift with your own letter and photo. OCC will pack the gift for you and send it on its way for a suggested donation of just $25.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need you! There are three important ways you can volunteer to help with Operation Christmas Child.

  1. Distribute and Collect OCC Shoeboxes outside your campus Worship Center on Sundays, November 10, 17 and 24.

  2. Help with National Collection Week in the Shea South Parking Lot on various dates starting Monday, November 18.

  3. Pack shoeboxes at the North Ridge Packing Party. Sign up below.

North Ridge Packing Party

Friday, November 22 | 8am-1pm
Saturday, November 23 | 9am-1pm

Join us as we pack 600 OCC shoebox gifts that will be delivered to children in over 100 countries around the world. The empty boxes and items that will go into a box will be provided. We are looking for additional donated items, such as toothbrushes and small toys (cars, etch-a-sketch, games, marbles). If you feel led to find out where the shoebox you pack is sent and to donate for the shipping costs, an option to follow your box will be provided at the party. We will be limiting the size of the group and pre-registration is required

Contact Jamie Curley at jcurley@scottsdalebible.com for more information.
